SurveysThis is a featured page

Surveys are generally used to test the validity of preconceived ideas about how systems work. The survey may arise from concepts generated by Focus Groups or may test other aspects of the system. Surveys generally have both open and closed questions. Open questions allow participants to answer in their own words, while closed questions generally have specific answers. Closed questions consist of yes/no answers, Likert Scales, and frequencies and other pre-specified answers.
